      Friendly environment, flexible schedule for the most part, profit sharing bonus.

      Cons

      Loyalty doesn't pay, young external hires will come in and get a higher pay (especially male) when you have hard working employees who have been there longer, who get paid less, not enough pay recognition for quality of work.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
