Pros
Paid vacation, bonuses, yearly raises and work flexibility are the pros of working at Harris Teeter. Transferring to other stores is another pro and helped me when I had to leave for college.
Cons
Harris Teeter is a 24/7 store that's open every day except Christmas Day. This is a con because I often have to work on holidays.
