Team atmosphere. Good, friendly coworkers. Decent pay. Ability for promotions. Paid vacations and time off. Clean, safe environment. Can be fun at times.
Cons
You need to "suck up" or know someone to move up. Takes a long time to earn raises. Often understaffed. Management is too tight with payroll and cuts employees hours to make themselves look good.
