Pros
not much really. it was pretty terrible pay for the stress. some of the regulars were great, but the demographics for the customer base were pretty entitled and difficult to please most of the time especially because they often had to wait long times due to poor scheduling around rush hours. i guess its nice that i can put slices of meat in my hand and almost perfectly guess the weight like a human scale now. it wasn't a very good job tbh.
Cons
management often stacked you in a position where you couldn't leave for lunch because it would be too busy or often dumped a ton of stuff on you at the end of your shift and would get mad if you didn't clock out on time. being that i am not a psychopath i often worked through my lunches so that my outnumbered coworkers wouldn't drown in a sea of angry old ladies. but often this only ended up being a penalty for me and management knew very well what they were doing. usual shenanigans. i guess its better to be a psychopath if you work at this place, or just don't.
