Seemed to be considerate of college student schedules; if you're honest that you'll only be able to work on school breaks or weekends, then they're chill.
Cons
For some reason, demands so much more of high schoolers? I worked around 40 hours a week with management that does not care whatsoever, forcing us to come in when we're sick - even with COVID - and engage with dangerous customers. Received a slap-in-the-face raise of 15 cents after expressing concern.
