Pros
cleanliness and store managemnet at some stores are great. Higher standards (in some stores) than most competitors
Cons
run like a corporation with many audits / checks and balances / way to many rules and regulations as if the stores are some form of high risk surgical operating theater that must have everything checked off taking you away from what you really should be doing and that is 'customer service'l
