Pros

A place to use electrical license that is not construction. Overtime

Cons

people working on top of each other. working in hot metal containers. several electrical issues with plant no GFI protection on any of the shop power. use of spray pumps to clean enclosures and poor drainage, regular standing water and no GFI. rampant use of suicide cords. they make electricians hand sand enclosures crawling on their knees to reach places lots of cleaning, like make it sparkle detail cleaning, not electrical work. manager and supervisors seemed like decent people just lacking in experience

Pros

*Growing: Has a strong position in a growing market and offers a very steady flow of work. *Culture: Cohesive and friendly engagements while working with teams on the floor and in the office. In general, one of the healthiest manufacturing-company cultures I have worked under. *Leadership: Management is approachable and shows genuine care while still expecting excellence of their teams. From the CEO on down.

Cons

*Growth Pains: With how fast the market and the company is growing, there are areas that need improvements in managing processes and utilizing people. Lots of the inefficiencies are getting addressed, but there is much to do still.
