      Harvard Maintenance gives you the confidence to do your job to the best of your abilities on top of that it's a union company decent pay respected staff

      Cons

      Since Harvard Maintenance is a union company I don't find it fair that you must stay 9 hours in the building and only get paid for eight

      Get to know lots of great individuals Either employees/workers from Harvard, NOT management from the buildings you are assigned to during the contract period.

      Cons

      Worst Management in the industry, especially the regional Office @ 59 Maiden St, NYC Incompetent lady in the morning, very nasty and unprofessional
