Pros

Haskell & White is a great accounting firm. The culture is easygoing and flexible, yet the partners are also very concerned with precision and technical excellence. In general, communication seems to flow well within the firm. Opportunities for professional development and advancement are definitely available for those that work hard and take initiative.

Cons

Long hours at times and constantly managing deadlines and client expectations - but those are issues you will find at every public accounting firm.

pay is low and advancement is difficult. management doesnt do much to train you for the next level
