Really nice people to work with. Mgt team tries really hard to keep the work load reasonable. The Company is willing to invest in you.

Cons

Pay rate is okay. I feel like I am not paid enough, especially with this inflation.

Pretty good mid sized accounting firm. management is flexible

pay is low and advancement is difficult. management doesnt do much to train you for the next level
