Pros

Nice thing about working here is that you know exactly where you'll end up in 3 to 4 years..literally anywhere else. Good stepping stone company for when you're starting out, thats about it. Their benefit's got decent mental health coverage compared to other companies for the inevitable counselling you'll need to attend.

Cons

Archaic corporate structure; not great at retaining junior/intermediate employees; doesn't hire new people to replace people who've left; employee performance/compensation structure not based in reality or any sort of meaningful metric.

Pros

Very good technical development sessions. Eight hour work days.

Cons

Salaries are heavily biased towards one ethnicity. Gender bias as well. Sweet talk same work but less exposure and definitely less salary. Also caught when a recruiter sent the same job to personal email. No discussion yet on career goals. Offer letter was rude. Asked for a min 2 yr service requirement for a 5k moving cost. 401k is 50% of employee contribution capped at 6%. 6% is employee contribution . Means Company pays only upto 3%. Have to slog 15 yrs for entry level min to get associate status. No 401k until second yr. No overtime. Claim flat structure but no involvement in technical meetings where stamping needs to be done by the said engineer.
