Pros

Good benefits and PTO, little supervision, many opportunities to expand knowledge, you drive your own career (this is a con too)

Cons

Very little communication, disorganized, "team work" non-existent, redundancy at corporate level since there is a lack of communication, focused on saving money, low salaries, Only a good place to work if you are at the corporate office. Learning and development nearly nonexistent. Like another employee had commented "some managers are promoted for the wrong reasons and don't have management skills."

Pros

Very good technical development sessions. Eight hour work days.

Cons

Salaries are heavily biased towards one ethnicity. Gender bias as well. Sweet talk same work but less exposure and definitely less salary. Also caught when a recruiter sent the same job to personal email. No discussion yet on career goals. Offer letter was rude. Asked for a min 2 yr service requirement for a 5k moving cost. 401k is 50% of employee contribution capped at 6%. 6% is employee contribution . Means Company pays only upto 3%. Have to slog 15 yrs for entry level min to get associate status. No 401k until second yr. No overtime. Claim flat structure but no involvement in technical meetings where stamping needs to be done by the said engineer.
