I don't know. You have flight benefits, but you never get the time off to use them.
Cons
Don't work here if you are not local. The passive aggressive culture is driving many young talents away. If you don't act like one of them, the management is constantly harassing you. And yes, they will work you to death with the under average pay. There is no work-life balance. Neither management or HR cares about the brain drain.
