Pros
I liked my co workers, the office was a nice environment.
Cons
Poorly managed, features were often added last minute, or even faked for demos. Frequently had to stay late or deal with calls past midnight. There was little room for learning on the job, as harder tasks are given to managements favourites and there is no mentoring from the more experienced workers. I frequently expressed my dislike for the role, and was told that things would change and I would be given more challenging work. but after a year and half nothing changed.
