Pros
Haworth has an amazing facility, great products and a commitment to West Michigan. Many talented people, and an established customer base. In the office area, Haworth offers many interesting job opportunities, and a flexible work environment (a.k.a. "Agile work.")
Cons
Office environment is great, however would not recommend the manufacturing environment. Culture can be a bit political - more of a popularity contest than based on skill.
