      Pros

      Haworth is an innovative company with a solid set of values.

      Cons

      Leadership does not live by the values, they memorize and recite in a "do as I say, not as I do" manner. Turnover is an issue. People aren't leaving Haworth, they are leaving managers that are not true leaders.
