Pros

Handful of good people left. Most were let go at or quit in the past year and a half. Those who remain have to walk on eggshells. Used to have unassigned individuals who didn’t have to sit at a desk and could choose where to work. They took that away.

Cons

Leaders. Bad leadership that micromanages and criticizes employees. It’s not our fault that we can’t do 3 jobs worth of work. High stress. Between cutting 25% of employees in 2020 and about 25% more leaving, there is way too much work. Anyone left is expected to pick up the slack and take on multiple jobs. They also don’t fill vacant jobs. Vacation. Average to low amount of vacation, and no sick days. You can buy a week of vacation, but you get paid less to cover it. Medical Center. Having a baby or an unexpected medical issue is a nightmare. The HR team does not handle any medical time off. Instead you have to work with a staff of a few nurses who don’t communicate with each other. Be prepared for multiple phone calls, emails, and certified letters sent via FedEx each month while on FMLA. Pay increases and promotions. No pay increase since Q1 2019. Promotions tend to be given to people outside of company. Working from home is discouraged even with high levels of illness in the area. I could go on…

Management not proactive on training after they pay for your bachelor's degree if you work on floor.
