Pros
Beautiful office with good location in CBD. Flexible work arrangements. Some co-workers are helpful and sincere. Pride in promoting quality in-house products to the customers. Compensation package is not bad.
Cons
Some co-workers are toxic and political, which bring lesser or no value to the business and teamwork. Lots of useful SOP are established, however they are not practised, which is odd for a MNC. Top management is not culturally and racially diverse, and often feels very separated with the rest of organisation. Staff purchase opportunities are rare and often unfair.
