Pros
Haworth takes a serious interest in ensuring employee’s are happy and engaged. They survey yearly for feedback and drive action plans for improvement. They do much more than most other companies do to try an improve employee engagement.
Cons
Haworth is very ambitious with it strategy and has his expectations for performance. It’s a tough culture with not a lot of room for people who like to loaf.
