There is no opportunity for advancement unless you are located in the corporate offices. Salary is well under average for position and grade. Company is very centralized and positions are ripped apart and changed weekly. Just when you know what you're responsible for, they change it and this happens over and over again. This happens particularly in the supply chain area.
