      Pros

      An okay place to start a career so long if you don't stay too long.

      Cons

      The salaries have always been on the low side for the San Diego Metro area. Benefits have been very meger or non-existent. 401K company matching only recently were brought back after about six or seven years. Very small rate of matching.
