Over the past few years we developed and implemented our Hawthorne Technician Apprenticeship Program (HTAP) and also our Hawthorne Technician Career Path (HTCP). We also have recently launched initiatives around feedback obtained from our Employee Opinion Survey and our Technician Survey and we are already receiving positive feedback from employees that we as a company and our leadership team are moving the needle in the right direction, increasing employee engagement and appreciation, There is always work to be done to get better and we appreciate your feedback that will help us address this.
