Met great people over years and company gave opportunity to develop professionally and was generous with pay.
Cons
Very high people turnover rate, they have redundancies at least every 2 years. High ratio difference male to female (at least 80/20) and opportunities given to take higher management positions. Sexist remarks and even discrimination to a certain extent. No challenge of Status Quo and reminiscence of 'good ol' times''. Hopefully there is a positive change, however, I do not recommend this company to someone young, female, driven and that wants to go up career ladder and to actually have a permanent job as business is very unstable and one would always have to worry whether they are going to lose their job and especially for ones that have been for many years as redundancies prioritise to retain management. Also, HT has very high tendency of taking ones' credits by management, however, that is probably a common trait in corporate/oil and gas world.
