Pros
None - worst company I've worked for
Cons
I worked at headspace as a senior HR Manager, and was fired after complaining about illegal employment practices that were protected and endorsed by the HR department. On numerous occasions, I was asked and eventually demanded to support the firing of pregnant people " to prevent them from going on maternity leave." Additionally, I became privy to the fact that headspace's diversity strategy included "telling recruiters to primarily consider the way candidates looked in their profile pictures on LinkedIn." I also witnessed firsthand disparaging and discriminatory comments made about African Americans, Jewish people, and people of Hispanic heritage. This is a shameful company, with the history of trying to buy people's rights out when they complain about illegal practices. The new CEO does not seem to care at all, and his HR leadership is as unprofessional as they are untalented.
