1. Good Work life balance. 2. Chance to work for some of the big investment banks.
Cons
1. Middle level management is poor. 2. You might have to work from client location as a consultant, so you will be out of touch from happenings in Headstrong. More over it becomes difficult to manage you career aspirations working as consultant from client location. 3. Compensation is poor.
