- Not a good pay master - Very few projects that are good in domain & technology & provide great learning experience - If you are on bench for more than 3 months, you are in trouble - Too much client centric. Client is God ! - Very few leaves. No sick leave - Quality of people used to be very good, but is deteriorating big time.
