Top management is stagnant and dumb chicks. No individual growth. No proper transition. Boss is God. No proper agenda, Every manager feels he is Subject Matter Expert even the training coordinator consider himself the king of silicon valley. Situation has become worst after Genpact takeover No apreciations and no perks. Simple to say,Headstrong makes you to lose your stronger points and you become weak.
