More cons than pros - Senior Associate Headstrong Employee Review

Not much respect for core techies - higher management perceives them as labors, literally. Salary hikes will be like government salary hike - just compensating the annual inflation rate of India. Recent years has seen less and less projects for Headstrong. Bad HR policies, like leaves etc. Too much of processes - again feels like government processes specially while dealing with HR.
