Pros
Love what I do and the relationships I´ve developed with participants The office staff is very nice and professional Occasional travel Starting pay is decent
Cons
Pressure to work outside of regular business hours even though they claim to encourage work-life balance. You will sometimes go up to two weeks without seeing my family. Benefits are terrible. Medical insurance only for individual working, not family. No PTO, no sick days. Only benefits offered for someone with a family is 401K, vision, dental and life insurance. Almost impossible to call in sick. No advancement opportunities. Recently the coaching supervisor quit. The position was not open to the coaching staff but offered to a relative who worked at Healics. Very few reviews and raises. Last review and raise received was 2% across the board, no matter how great the review. This discourages great employees. Staffing very disorganized and difficult to get answers from. Communication is not great. When the new supervisor took over I did not know who to report into for two days. Was hired full time, but only given part-time hours, so have to work independently for other companies to compensate. No bonuses
