Management is offsite, great patients and good EMR

Cons

Healics is lacking the knowledge or experience in efficiently running a clinic or working with providers. Lost 10K in benefits when previous vendor contract was lost and Healics took over. Management hid behind their canned statement of "that's not our policy" to EVERY. DARN. THING. Favoritism and gender inequity. In twelve years in my profession was never treated this poorly.

The President is fostering leaders leading leaders and promoting over-achievers in the largest industry in the world: Healthcare. This is a rebuild and a place those strong enough to bring solutions to a results, shared-ownership mentality to succeed in transforming healthcare.

Cons

Former owners/culture/lack of leadership and toxic environment are still a bit detrimental to the new era and current success of a healthy new leadership style and approach.
