This company is in a great part of the industry, onsite clinics. Lots of market growth potential.
Cons
They have so much growing up to do. They have a major identity crisis, people leaving left and right, and previous ownership who is still interjecting their opinion at will. It's a complete mess. There's little to no structural support in terms of resources, formal policy, corporate ethics, etc. It truly is shocking they've made it this far given their antiquated platforms, inability to hear new ideas, and incapacity to formulate an effective business plan, much less execute a strategy of any sort. I met some great people in the brief time I was there, bit it seems previous ownership has rendered everyone else unable to affect any real change. It's truly a shame. Thank goodness I wasn't there long enough to get stock because it would be worthless.
