High turnover, lots of travel to meet numbers, pay (but the pay is fairly consistent for the field… you didn’t go into social work for the money)

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
