Continue to develop my counseling skills, schedule is flexible as long as I see all my clients, management "gets it" and walks the talk, compensated well!

Cons

Keeping up with client documentation, but that holds true in any mental health or medical job.

Pros

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
