No teamwork mentality because there is no WORK mentality. Everything is an excuse or someone else's fault. Management is incompetent and has no idea how to do what they're supposed to do because Leadership has no idea what they are supposed to do or want to happen. But there are high expectations to complete work that is not defined and the what/why/ how/ when changes DAILY. This company is the prime example of why the system is broken and continues to be unfixable. You hurt your clients that you're suppose to help!
