Pros

Independent work hours. Able to expand your knowledge from more experienced employees.

Cons

Poor management. Supervisors will drink/be drunk in front of you. Supervisors are on power trips in most offices. Offices do not talk to each other very well. Very negative work environment. Lower level employees are asked to bring numbers up, ie. submit client hours for work not done.

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
