Cons

Healthforce sent a letter with our paychecks saying that we won’t be getting paid for our fall back hour that was worked! This is against the law and I will report them to nys department of labor for refusing to pay for wages worked!

This review does not belong to Health Force< LLC based out of Columbia, SC. We do not mail pay checks nor do we send notices to our employees regarding pay. Glassdoor should get the Company's reviews separated as soon as possible.

Very pleasant and open- minded. Non judgmental. You go to work and do your job. No matter what happens the consumer is always right.

No health benefits or job security.

one on one patient care, respectful hardworking staff, work steady, great management who actual care about clients AND staff

Pay is lower than other jobs and no opportunity for raises
