There is no transparency or communication from the top senior leadership of the company except for the occasional scripted all hands meeting. No effort to improve company culture or care about the employees. No employee recognition or efforts to review employee performance in a meaningful way. Decisions are made without employee input or logic then evaluated after the fact, usually at the detriment of the employees or business.
