Healthedge is growing at an extremely fast pace and they are working hard to integrate all of the recent acquisitions into one harmonious organization. -Recently introduced bi-annual promotion cycle -Competitive benefits and compensation packages -Engaged senior leadership team that truly cares about the employees -The company actively solicits feedback from the employees

Cons

The company is actively working toward transitioning from a smaller start-up to a mid-size professional SaaS organization; as a result, there are definitely some growing pains with documenting processes, implementing new programs, and creating consistency across the board. The company has focused heavily on hiring experienced professionals to lead and drive positive change in the organization and it is truly an exciting time to join!!

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

Remote work is the only Pro left

Cons

Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
