They are very into fairness, inclusion. Every company says they value employees, this place really does.
Cons
A lot of ambiguity. Mixed messages about priorities. One minute you're told everyone does what it takes to get the job done, next min its why are you doing that, its not your job.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Remote work is the only Pro left
Cons
Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before.
Culture = gone
Mission = gone
Health care benefits= the bare minimum
Parental leave= reduced
Office= cold, stale, uninviting
Summer fridays = gone
PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements
Bonus= reduced
Layoffs = constant
