Hours and the ability to work remotely

No job security. I was fired while I was in the hospital recovering.

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
