Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. We are a leader in a popular, growing industry and will continue to be so with the continued dedication of our team members. Stock options have been replaced by restricted stock units for one of our main sources in equity grants. The intention has been (previously with stock options) and continues to be (with restricted stock units) to provide mutually beneficial equity opportunities for eligible team members. I encourage you to review with your leader or with the People Team regarding the change and reasons behind this. Once again, thank you for your review of HealthEquity and contributions to the team.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
