Pros

Wonderful company to work for! It is remarkable to be in a job where you truly believe in the products you promote. -Awesome work culture. -Supportive leaders. -Fun work events. -Work satisfaction -Fast growing company yet maintains the feel of a small business. -Good benefits (PTO, Health, Dental, vision, Wellness, etc) -Provides a lot of avenues for new experiences in team/company.

Cons

As mentioned in a few other reviews; I don't appreciate the cap of PTO that can rollover year to year. I personally have very few if any qualms with this job. If you embrace the culture of the workplace you will fall in love with place!

Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. I am a big believer in the 'you get out what you put in'. A company culture is reflected in the interactions that we have with each other as team members.; so we if are putting out positive, supportive, collaborative interactions, we often receive that back. And when 1000+ team members are striving for this, it makes for a great company feel. I am appreciative that our leadership has a genuine commitment to maintain a small business feel as we continue to grow. Regarding the PTO rollover cap - your sentiments are understood. We explore our PTO annually (in addition to all benefit offerings), and while the design isn't perfect, it is designed for a reason. I encourage you to review with your leader or People Team for additional clarity if needed. Thank you again for your review and contributions to the team.

Pros

Benefits, perks, remote work, unlimited PTO, and stock options.

Cons

Unfortunately, what has happened with most companies that grow too fast has occurred here. Too much focus on sales and marketing, and diminished focus on retaining clients or making sure new technology and processes are properly trained. Because of miscommunication and a lack of training, it's impossible to get help from other departments without a ton of pushback. Management would rather blame employees for problems than examine why processes aren't working properly. They now want all roles to sell product, even though that is not in their job descriptions. I wish HR would be more involved in how management speaks to employees because it's incredibly unethical and problematic every time we have a meeting. Whoever the C-suite is listening to on how to be good leaders should be fired, because they are taking a page out of every toxic workplace stereotype, instead of looking at how things can be ethically and properly fixed. There is no focus on clients or employees anymore, just getting more money.
