Pros

Great place to work! The culture is amazing, and they take good care of their employees. They really want everyone to be happy working there. They will always hire within first and seek to improve and promote current employees.

Cons

Best way to increase salary is to change positions - otherwise annual salaries are a little skimpy.

Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. I am always pleased to hear team members genuinely remark on the culture. Our culture is a point of emphasis and needs to continually evolve in order to maintain the results of remarkable. I do understand your feedback regarding annual salary increases. There are opportunities for improvement in process, education and transparency when it comes to salary adjustments and merit pools. Your feedback is helpful to better achieve these objectives.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
