Great benefits and flexibility, but limited management access - PTA HealthPRO Heritage Employee Review

I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.

Flexibility, large amount of PTO can be carried over to the next year, my rehab manager is great

The administration, HR, higher ups, etc are absolutely horrible! This company is extremely cheap with everything. They don’t pay for required tests (e.g., TB skin test, CPR, o2 meter, blood pressure cuff), any material or certifications, etc. the documentation system sucks and always have problems, the insurance is horrible and premiums cost a lot for limited coverage.
