      Flexibility, not much else though

      Cons

      Your average corporate healthcare company. They care more about profit than their employees or patients. They know how to sell prospective employees, but offer a lot of empty promises. Expectations continue to grow, but salary does not - in fact they took away pay during Covid. Don’t expect a raise without heavy pushback from management. Unrealistic goals and productivity standards.

      Pros

      I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

      Cons

      Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
