      Lovely families and kiddos no matter the location, working there started out amazing until so many staffing and HR changes occurred without any warning

      Cons

      Overstaffed leading to poor hours, poor scheduling practices, late notification of changes, unprofessional HR and clinic management, drama at all levels, damaged rooms and equipment, dishonest representation of the hours you may be scheduled for even at full time

      Pros

      I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

      Cons

      Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
