      Pros

      Eventually satisfied with hourly rate of pay.

      Cons

      Unreasonably high % productivity requirements- less patient-centered and more profit-centered. Full-time/permanent directors of rehab and therapists often do not stay at their place of employment for very long. One SNF I worked at has had 5 different DOR's in the past 3 years.

      Pros

      I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

      Cons

      Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
