Pros
The work environment is very positive and there is always someone willing to help out if you need it. Management is very willing to listen for feedback and encourages a good work life balance.
Cons
Nothing on the administrative side but I imagine that working on the clinical side could be stressful since it is a non-profit and there are limited resources.
