We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you enjoy working with your coworkers, paid time off, the employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement program. To address your concerns, please see below.
• All Company employees are highly valued. Many of your 280 co-workers would agree, as our average employee tenure throughout the Company is 7.5 years.
• The health insurance plan is competitively bid each year with the major insurance carriers (Blue Cross/United/CIGNA). We surveyed employees last summer regarding the medical, dental and vision plans – employee feedback is always helpful when making these decisions. We will continue to seek input from employees and encourage all employees to participate.
• You did not specify which software you believe is obsolete. In 2019, the technology services department is rolling out replacement of smaller and faster computers, accompanied with larger monitors. Citrix will be replaced with local apps.
• We promote and encourage all employees to be shareholders of the Company by offering shares through the employee stock purchase plan stock at a 15% discount to the market price on the option grant date.
• Salaries are reviewed and adjusted annually and there have been no across-the-board or “up and down the line” salary cuts.
• We encourage you to address specific concerns about compensation or other working conditions with your supervisor.
