Pros
Great team that understood the toxic environment we worked in. However, they made excuses for a lot of the behavior seen from upper management as if these things were normal.
Cons
Lack of trust in employees with experience. Zero training. Lack of experience in asset managers and directors other than with the company itself. The merger gained buildings in horrible shape with little understanding of just how much time needed to be put into them to repair. More focus on corporate appearance than concern for functional ability. No work life balance if you genuinely care about your team and tenants.
